- VS = 13 V
The saturation current parameter for the diode is IS = 3.0e-14 A.
Using the exact diode equation, find the value of R so that the diode current will be iD = 15 mA. (Do not use the on-off model for the diode.).
Assume room temperature operation. (kT/q = 0.0258 V).
